Set Wall lines count to 1

Top/Bottom layer count 2

Yes supports 

Supports set to be enforced only

Paint on supports only on the bottom of the model with a highlight limit of 30 deg

The model size is 100 mm in diameter so each % = 1 mm for scaling.

Any scaling larger than 100 mm might have overhang problems.
