I didn't like any of the dough scrapers that I had, so I designed this one. It's smaller than most commercially available scrapers, but works great for my needs. I mainly bake sourdough and use this for the rough mixing and scraping down the sides of my bowls. The larger fillets are 1.5" and 1", while the smaller fillets are both ½".
I strongly suggest using PETG for this print. The balance between stiffness and flex is perfect at this thickness. 3 perimeters recommended.
