If you only have TP4056 in size 18x22mm, cut corners and resolder 1uF capacitor.

For the 3D print use support.

Tube : 22mm out / 20mm in x70mm aluminium tent pole is best but you can 3D print it as well. Rotate the alu tube and sandpaper the surface.

Connect up the parts. Hold the switch together with a hairclip when soldering. Check working. Pull in the lanyard, tie a knot. Insert (glue) the electronics in the head.

Expect 24h continous light out of a full charge.

Update 3 oct. 2021 : A new order of reflectors is slightly thicker, use ledHead22.stl file if this is your case
