Parametric Customizable Helix Cup, Container, Bowl or Sculpture

This is a remix for an OpenSCAD "screw" library but I couldn't find it under remix to give it credit.

I have greatly changed the code and added a lot of customization. You can make many different styles of container with this. I'm going to use it as a pen holder.
