Rugby Ball model

Rugby ball which can be printed in separate parts (no supports) in different colours.
All parts except for the laces have a clearance which should allow for easy assembly.
I printed it at 200% (advised) and all parts snapped in place without even using glue.
For the laces I advise to create clearance by using (a negative) horizontal expansion. I used -0.2 at 200%.

Additional advise: use lightning infill. This saves a lot of filament and time!

BTW: the photo's show the actual print with additional personalisation (extruded inserts).
