ESP32 BT proxy case - home assistant

Case for ESP32 board with external BT/wifi antenna I used as BT proxy from home assistant. 

Board I used is AZ-Delivery ESP-32 Dev Kit C V4. I re-purposed an ipad usb-c charger and micro usb cable. I'm sure there is a nicer and less bulkier solution but this is what had in hand.
