Lego Duplo Brick Collection with Parametric Source Files

I measured, designed and printed lots of Duplo bricks to bring you the ultimate, well-tested Duplo Brick Creator. I started out from a Fusion 360 design I found out in the wild (unfortunately I cannot find it now) and improved it further. I measured every brick's dimension and adjusted the model sizes and tolerances according to fit the Duplo bricks perfectly and the clutch force should also be the same as with a Duplo brick.

You can make your own, never-existed Duplo bricks sizes with this parametric Fusion 360 design. I also included some pre-generated files with the most common brick models.

I included the editable .f3d file so you can import it into Fusion 360 end experiment with the parameters. Height, Depth and Width is self-explanatory, but you can also edit some other dimensions such as tolerances, offsets, etc. Sometimes you need to adjust the generated extrusions on the inner stiffeners or you can just suppress that feature.

If you want to generate Duplo tiles, it is also possible. Just hide the pin (stud) extrusions and the plain top of the brick remains.

The pre-filled parameters should be good though with a well calibrated printer but after printing a test piece you can tune the parameters for your needs. I recommend PET-G for printing.

I published the Duplo part you were missing: the Duplo Hinge! It is a print-in-place model and needs a well calibrated printer but the outcome is rewarding!
