print 4 tiles and glue together A+B

Use 3× 3mm long filament pieces for alignment on the peg version - when in position apply a drop CA glue (superglue) from the outside on the seam at the peg positions.

Else use tape with leaving some gaps around to keep A+B together and add glue on the gaps.
