Print each part, see print instructions.
Cut away the wall from the beard with a knife.
Assemble the parts and then use a hair dryer/hot tap water to slowly heat up the beard while you use a hand to form it.
For most control, use water. For crazy beard, use hair dryer.
Be careful not to burn yourself.
Tip: put the hair dryer on the edge of a table so you can use both hands.
After you have formed the beard, you can use scissors to make some final adjustments.
All parts has been optimized to not need any support. The overhang on the body is 45deg.
The beard should be printed with a 0.2 layer height.
The beard prints better with the classic perimeter generator in prusaslicer.
