Open-CNC-Shield 2 Case

PDFI modified the model from Maik11488 to fit to the new open cnc shield 2 from Timo Altholtmann which you can find here:

Ok. I started from scratch, because the source files wheren't availible. So let me know if something don't fit.
You can glue it together, if you want. But I designed it for brass inserts m3 x 5.
I added the Top-Cover for a 120mm Fan and some additional Covers. The Top-Cover is like the Bottom. I think it is easyer to print. You need some more brass inserts to connect them.
The RJ45 is created for Keystone Adapters.

In V2 I changed the diameter for the brass inserts to 4mm.
