Made a set of pin gauges for the machine room for checking setup depth.
Gauges are stepped in 1/8" increments from 9/16" depth to 15/16" depth, in 3/8" and 7/16" diameters. Diameters stamped on bottom with depth stamped on barrel. 3/16" holes through base to string them together.
The raised area between the gaps is the tolerance range. Tolerance is 1/16", meaning if the bit between the gaps shows at the lip of the hole, it's in tolerance. If it's above the hole, it the depth needs to be greater, if it's below the depth is too much.
Included dxf's of both sizes if you need to make some custom ones for what you are doing.
