Develloped as a fully low-magnetic linear stage table for magnetic measurements.

Relies on CRES rods for guidance of the X-Y-Stages and Brass rods for the Z-stage (can be cress in case the use of soft-magnetic material is allowed. M6 Treaded rod and nuts are used for positioning of the stages.

Rubber bands are used to minimize the backlash, but springs may be used in case the use of soft-magnetic material is allowed.

I've added IR-sensors and a potentiometer for automatic distance measurements. In case of requests, i will provide details models of the required bracketry.

    • 2x  - X-Stage - 5mm round x 132.5mm
  • Brass Rod
    • 4x  - Z-Stage - 4mm round x 28mm for vertical guidance
    • 4x  - Z-Stage - 4mm round x 20mm for Wedge
  • M6 Threaded Rod (brass) 
    • 1x - Y-Stage - M6 x 194.0mm
    • 1x - X-Stage - M6 x 137.5mm
    • 1x - Z-Stage - M6 x 36.5mm
    • 1x - Measurement Table - M6 x 31mm
  • M6 Brass nuts
    • 3x for X, Y and Z stage
    • 4x for measurement table
  • Brass Heat Sink Inserts (dependant on needs) 
    • roughly 38 M4
    • Roughly 33 M3
  • Rubber bands for anti-backlash
