Tile Slim Add-on for Print in Place Cascade Wallet

Case add-on for the newer Tile Slim. There are no openings so that the Tile can't fall out or be separated from the wallet. To put the Tile in the case, I inserted a pause at layer 501 (around 100mm) and slotted the Tile in before resuming the print. The two smaller holes on the bottom of the original wallet are filled in here so that the back of the wallet doesn't look like swiss cheese. You could argue that it's not the most well-designed, but it works for my purposes, and I figured it might help someone else.
