Grips for GPD Win Max 2

2024/02/17 Update :

New design V105 for those who wants a tight fit :

• Ultra tight fit : making use of the screw holes of the WM2 to clip in, grips are making one with the computer body 
• Standing mode : new stand and angle let me know what you think
• Improved grip : aerated and a bit rounder
• Hollowed USB ports : some USB adapter can now fit while the grips are on

This version requires three 8mm tapered M3 screws.

Added 2 3mf files to understand how it should be printed.

2022/12/05 Update :

Improved designed and new features :

• Standing mode : deploy the feet from the grip and enjoy an elevated desktop mode where your WM2 will have improved air flow
• Quick detach : a 3D printed spring loaded pin lock the grip into place release the spring to take them off. Quick and easy !
• Improved grip : larger and a bit more round, more confortable

Latest files are labeled v66, print the axis and the pin twice.

A pair of grips for the GPD WM2 designed on it with Fusion 360 ;)

As of today, it slides on the side and holds with friction, you can add a bit of Blu Tack or equivalent if you want it to stay in place without using adhesive.

Print them standing with layers at 0.2 with 2 walls with a brim.
