IKEA Skadis pegboard tray

Hanging box/tray for IKEA's Skadis pegboard. Handy for holding small projects, breadboards, your phone while you are soldering, etc :D

NEW Customizer SCAD file added so you can tweak the size for whatever you are going to store!

This is a particular size, with specifically sized hooks/lugs on the back. It was created in OpenSCAD, and the parameterised SCAD files can be found on Github.

This uses the library RoundAnything to smooth some of the sharp corners and uses some code for making hex patterns from Kjell Kernan (see hex.scad)

Note that this has only been printed with an SLA printer at this time -- I haven't attempted an FDM print. If you do, please tell me how you get on!

NEW I did attempt an FDM print, on a Flashforge Dreamer and it worked out very well - much more rigid and sturdy

This print does need supports when printed, for the hooks, and for the 'floating' pieces if you are using the default open face mode. Working with Chitubox, the autogeneration of supports will plant some into the hex mesh base of the print, which makes it awkward to clean up. It's better to manually apply the supports, picking the hooks and 'floating' pieces to add them.
