WHIPE DISPENSER

First of all, this is a deep remix of Honza “Condom dispenser”, which used rubber bands for his design, which I loved the idea of.

Materials you will need

• 2 Rubber band of Ø56mm OR 4 Rubber band of Ø22mm
• Alcohol Wipes with an approximate measurement of 57mm of length and 53mm of width (See picture below)

Print Orientation and Notes

	1-Main Body, support will only be needed in the middle of the entrance of the wipes. Layer height: 0.3mm Perimeters: 3 Infill density: 15% Fill pattern: Cubic
	2-Riser Layer height: 0.2mm Perimeters: 3 Infill density: 15% Fill pattern: Cubic
	3-Hook Layer height: 0.2mm Perimeters: 3 Infill density: 15% Fill pattern: Cubic
	4-Press-Fit Screw  Layer height: 0.2mm Perimeters: 3 Infill density: 15% Fill pattern: Cubic Need to print 4 of them

For material, PLA or PETG works great with this design.

You will need some patience for this step. 

If you are going to used 2 large rubber bands, you should fold it in 2 and place it as shown in the figure on the right. (This is more difficult)

If you are going to use 4 small rubberbands, you should put them double in each length to have greater strength. 

It is extremely important that the elastic bands are inside the channel of the 2-Riser. The photo below shows how it should look. if this is not done, the mechanism may get stuck or jam.
