6min MK3S+ Pin-Support Challenge

It is not my own design it is the Pin-Support Challenge by fullcontrol.xyz. 
Only g-code.

I modified the start g-code to be the standart prime line and the end g-code to move the bed a bit. The most differece makes the speed increase up to 450% to reduce printtime. It took a few test to get the right settings. I also manually added the remaining time to be shown on the LCD.
