Ultra-Slim MagSafe Wireless Charging In-Wall Mount for Smart Home Dashboards

This 3D printed adapter allows you to wall mount your wireless charging compatible smart-home tablet dashboard. It uses a cut-in 2 gang box allowing the charger to recess into the wall providing an ultra-slim mount. 

This has been tested to work with the popular and inexpensive Amazon Fire HD10 Plus using the added magnetic rings.

2024 Update:

Added V3 models for the backing plate. This plate uses quick cure epoxy instead of magnets to hold the magnetic puck in place. It provides a better interface and also removes the need for the backing plate. It is fully backwards compatible with v2 files. 

I left the V2 backing plate files up if you would prefer to use the magnets for retention. 

Printing Notes: 

All pieces print without support. It's recommended to print the main faceplate on a textured bed and to use 5 solid layers on the bottom See printing orientation picture.
