Blade Handle for Stanley type (utility knife) blades with no retaining screws.

I change blades very frequently and it takes a few minutes to do so (and a screwdriver or  coin or somefink).  So I woke up in the middle of the night with a thought bubble floating over the bed…

I used PTEG (Prusa recycled) filament at 0.2mm layer hieght (0.4mm nozzle) and 75% infill.  Brim on the Guard and Lock.  Support under the notch in the Handle.  No skirts.

The Handle must be aligned upright with the back on the printer bed, the Lock aligned with the grippy top on the bed and the Guard with its flat edge on the bed so the blade groove is upright.

You will need to file all the surfaces on the Handle and Lock that meet to enable a perfect fit without any play it should be a tight fit that will improve with usage.  I applied a smidgen of grease (the stuff that came with the printer.  This prevents the Lock from sticking.  There is NO play with the blade.

It uses sharp blades so, obviously enough, be carefull when squeezing the lock on.  Best done after you've applied the Guard.

Regards, Paul
