A practical tool to form chocolate into balls, base to create the Brazilian brigadeiro cake.

Available in 3 sizes

  • Number 4: @30 mm, about 16 grams / 0.56 oz 
  • Number 5: @25mm, about 12 grams / 0.42 oz 
  • Number 6: @18mm, about 8 grams / 0.28 oz (soon)

 

Safety using

  Since this tool will be used in direct contact with food, you need some cares:

  • use inox steel nozzle to avoid contact to lead
  • use 100% infill to minimize risks
  • 0.1 mm layer height
  • prefer natural filaments (no color)¹
  • after printed, sanding to sharp perfectly and coating with epoxy resin
  • wash before using
  • no washing machine recommended

Printing

  • no supports needed
  • use inox steel nozzle to avoid contact to lead

  • 0.1 mm layer height
  • prefer natural filaments (no color)

Add 4 feet below for better adherence.

 

How to use

Place the cold candy on the roller. Use the top part to create strips. Separate the strips and place them vertically. Fit the upper part making a back and forth movement. AND READY! Now just roll up as many sweets as you want.
