Like the design and appearance but as with some others the joint was too loose for me. I had 0.5-1 mm clearance but don’t think scaling would work to tighten it up. I’ve built an alternate design.

Printed well and works great. Used it a bunch so far and has worked perfectly every time. Printed in Sunlu green PETG, no issues
Neat tool, but there’s quite a bit of play between the inserts and the handle. Printed on my MK4. (edited)
This is a perfect example that woodworking and 3D printing go hand in hand. Thanks for this design! (edited)
@JiltedGeek_120242 Definitely. And if you haven't seen their stuff, be sure to go check out https://www.ussadesign.com/. They've got some truly crazy designs for woodworking tools.
I see you've included the step file but I can't figure out how to edit it for additional radius guides in my CAD (Shapr3D). If anybody has the time to add a 5/16 inch and 5/8 inch guides I would appreciate it!
@andrhamm_10525 Hey, sorry. Missed this when it came through. Put those together real quick and uploading momentarily in case you still need them. I use Fusion, so don't know that I can help you figure out how to do it in Shapr. In Fusion, I duplicate the "starter" guide, modify the corner fillet, and modify the label area with the new text.
