A stand for four small ladies' watches with a bowl for small jewelry in the base.
Note: I see that quite a few people use the stand for bigger watches – if that's your plan too, consider scaling the model up considerably. The original size is really meant for small women's watches.
The stand consists of two mirror parts that are glued together (the same STL is provided for both, don't forget to mirror one of them if you're slicing yourself). An inner sleeve (for the hollow watch tube) and a locating peg (for the bottom portion) are used to connect and locate the parts when gluing – both of them should fit snugly and have over-insertion stops in their holes, making the assembly quite easy and clean. I printed with prusament PLA and used loctite gel superglue, which worked well.
The print layout is shown in one of the pictures – the pieces are angled in order to place the layer seam at an inconspicuous location using the "at the back" seam setting. The angle of the infill has to be readjusted appropriately (which I've done already for the provided 3MF and GCODE). Print without supports. I've tried using variable layer height to produce smooth radii in my print, however it produces visible stripes of inconstistent surface finish – the provided 3MF and GCODE therefore have fixed 0.15 mm layer height, if you prefer the variable layer height, re-slice to your liking.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
