Flexible reusable zip ties that can be printed in PLA. Use PETG for some more flexibility.

They seem to hold up quite well in PLA and I've been using them to organize my tote full of cables.

There are various sets that I've made as .3mf files in the “Sets” folder. They are all grouped together and sub grouped by size. This should make it easier to create sets to fit your own printers build plate :)

The X mm measurement is from the bottom of the loop to the end of the zip tie.

Helpful size info:

  • 40mm: Good for very short cables or for cable management where you don't want to trim off the excess
  • 58mm/75mm: Great size for shorter USB cables, with a little excess
  • 92mm/110mm: Good size for USB cables up to around 6-8ft long, with some excess
  • 126mm: Good size for HDMI cables around 4-6ft long
  • 145mm/162mm/178mm: These sizes are 3 layers thick (w/ 0.2mm layer height) to make them a little stronger. Good for thicker or really long cables like 6-12ft HDMI cables, and PC power cables
