Machinist Square Tool Holder (Individual)

This tool holder is designed for the iGauging machinist square set, but probably works for any similar sets from other manufacturers:

Should you have a different set, an Inventor file is provided and the parameters can be changed to adjust the size of the tool holder.

• fullLength: Measure entire length of square
• shelfDepth: Thickness of the square base and add 1-2mm
• backHeight: Height of the square base
• bladeThickness: Thickness of the thinner side of the square
• bladeWidth: Width of the thinner side of the square
• cutawayWidth: Width of material to remove in the middle to make it easier to pick up

A zip file is included with the preconfigured XML parameter files for the iGauging set if you just want to tweak them a bit.

No supports needed. Print at .16 layer height and oriented with the shelf on the build plate:
