I Created this casing as i wasn't able to find a design that i liked.

As I was thinking of the design i saw my trusty Weller WTCP 51 Soldering iron and I thought that it's Model and Dimensions would be very suitable.

Used Fusion 360 and some calipers for mesuring my Weller WTCP 51

Unfortunatelly the dimensions are slightly off but it's close enough for me.

The model fits wel together but screwing on the front pannel requires a long screw driver and some patience, this due to the fact the screws are on the inside of thew body and the parts like the board need to be installed before you add the front.

I added some bit holders together to get the correct lenght but wasn't ideal

(A tip) scew in the screws partialy in the body before placing the main board in.

to power the Buck Boost converter I use a DPS-800GB-a PSU

The switch in the front of the unit switches on the DPS-800GB-a and is not connected to the DPH5005
