I've been wanting a way to easily manage tons of cables around my desk and aquarium and came up with this. The inspiration came from Midvale and his cpap hose clamp. I completely redesigned it so that it would snap better, print easier, be more aesthetically correct, reduce the number of polys from millions to something much more reasonable: just over 1000.
The picture shows the medium sized clip and two others scaled to 150% and 75%. The clip should scale and work. I printed the clips with PETG (solid 100% infill) and they work great.
There is also a cable wrap with sawtooth clipping mechanism which works really well too. Just scale in the Z dimension to however long your want it. It overlaps itself so that the sawtooth feature snaps in place. Again, I used PETG, but this time in vase mode. Be sure and set the base layer to 0 so it doesn't print a bottom. I also used a .4 nozzle with .8 layer width which made the vase walls thicker.
I didn't use brims or skirts for either of them. Should print on Bambu or Prusa w/out issue.
