I wanted to use OctoPrint with a Raspberry Pi4 I already had. I started with the pi4 case from this project https://www.printables.com/model/58012-raspberry-pi4-case-for-prusa-mk3s-with-dsi-opening. Soon, however, I added the MMU2S unit and also bought a Wedge-Group RMU-Mk3 filament buffer system. The brace on the RMU used the same mounting hole on the MK3S+ frame so it displaced my pi4 case.
This set me on a journey of finding another location for the Raspberry Pi4 case. This model was one of the stops on the journey. I took the original case mount (above) and integrated it into the RMU brace that attaches to the MK3S+ frame.

This case puts the top (end) of the pi4 at approx. 20mm (0.79in) above the top frame of the MK3S+.

More details on the hardware used for placing the pi4 in the case can be found at the base project linked above.

Another stop on my journey was a case with a mount to clip to the top of the MK3S+. That model can be found here: https://www.printables.com/model/311213-raspberry-pi4-case-with-frame-clip-for-prusa-mk3s
