I wanted to use OctoPrint and I started with the pi4 case from this project https://www.printables.com/model/58012-raspberry-pi4-case-for-prusa-mk3s-with-dsi-opening. Soon, however, I added the MMU2S unit and also bought a Wedge-Group RMU-Mk3 filament buffer system. The brace on the RMU used the same mounting hole on the MK3S+ frame so it displaced my pi4 case.
This set me on a journey of finding another location for the Raspberry Pi4 case. This model was one of the stops on the journey. I took the original case mount (above) and added a clip similar to the ones used on the MMU2S unit to mount to the frame of the Prusa i3 MK3S+.
This case puts the top (end) of the pi4 at approx. 70mm (2.75in) above the top frame of the MK3S+.
More details on the hardware used for placing the pi4 in the case can be found at the base project linked above.
The author remixed this model.
