Hello friends

here is my another project. It my long time back i want a simple desktop power supply for my hobby projects.

So i designed this simple low cost DIY lab power supply for my Desk. I used a a faulty computer smps case and other components as below to complete the power supply.

  1. Old smps
  2. DC voltmeter and ammeter module
  3. 12V 5 A SMPS
  4. Rocker switch
  5. 12 V Solder iron
  6. Rotary switch
  7. Connectors
  8. DC jack connector

& Nuts and wires

The wiring is made all currents which pass through the ammeter hence FAN for cooling purpose is showing 0.02 A current. Hence u can use the SMPS to its limit.

Soldering gun point which helps a lot and neat looks for my desk.

External output like 12V DC jack socket and connectors. The output @ connectors can be selected in the rotary switch.12V, and 0-12 v variable power supply from a module which can be tuned from the front panel are any continent place while installing

I hope u people liked this project. Please subscribe our channel to watch my next video @ 1st.

Thanking you
