"Mighty" Morphin' Karambit Training model

The original karambit model I was playing with was too gosh darned small, so I grabbed one I like off Thingiverse ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3367382 ), upscaled it and tweaked it a bit to take M3 hardware.  The name is silly, but I hadn't met my Dad-pun quota for the day and now we all have to suffer.

I also made the lock “easier” to use, for certain definitions of easier.
