Skirt Seal for 1-1/4" PVC nerf homemade plunger tube

This mimics the characteristics of the 9562K46 Stretch-fit Rotary-shaft Ring Seal, commonly called a "skirt seal". Has a hole for a 1/4" screw. Print in a flexible material such as TPU, and lubricate barrel with silicone grease. The flare points forward, and creates a good dynamic seal.
