I loved LoboCNC's Zippier Fidget Spinner but didn't have the right nuts to use as weights, so I took his hub and added the arms from my Curvy Fidget Spinner to create this monstrosity.
Four 608 bearings are required for assembly. Use a nice one for the center.Tap lightly with a mallet to mount the center bearing! Whacking it too hard may break the gear on top. Printing the zipper in a tough, semi-flexible material like nylon is recommended.
UPDATE 2018.11.19: As promised I updated the model to address two problems: the hole for the center bearing was too tight, and the gear on top too weak. The new models (spinner v6 and hub v1) use the same dimensions and friction-fit mechanism for the center bearing, and the gear mounting is beefed up.
Also attaching Fusion 360 files for the spinner and new hub. The other STLs are direct from LoboCNC's spinner.
