Case for Mitutoyo No. 2046F Dial Indicator

I acquired this dial indicator from somewhere (probably eBay, I don't remember) and it was supplied without any kind of case. I've already replaced the crystal once from scratching it, so I decided I had better make a case for it. The case is designed so that it doesn't need any extra hardware and to print without requiring any supports. It has a snap close latch that relies on the pliability of the plastic. I almost always print in PLA, so this aspect may differ/not work at all if you use something else.
