Made to fit the BlackOps steel pegs that I bought from Amazon in fall/autumn of 2021. Peg internal diameter of 29.25mm, external diameter of 34.75mm. You can maybe scale the parts to fit other pegs.
Hardware:
m5 x 35mm socket head cap screw
m5 nut
PETG is about perfect for this application, but I suppose you could use ABS, PC, or Nylon. You will probably have trouble with PLA or PLA+ (PLA Pro) if you ever have your bike outside.

Notes:
Suggest against using infill, but maybe you can get away with it. Suggest 0.2mm layer height or less, unless you really don't care what it looks like.
Print the peg cap with the hemisphere end up, and the fingers down on the bed, but it should import in the correct orientation. You will need to print with support material.
Print the wedge with the small end down on the bed, the socket for the nut up, but it should import in the correct orientation. Mine printed okay without support material.
Printing with PETG, set your slicer for 0% cooling, 100% for bridging only.
