When drilling and cutting carbon, use water and gloves and mask! Carbon dust and splinters are no joke!
You can print the butt plate but it might flex. I had carbon pieces cut - for another project but works here too.
Carbon tube is 22x20x420mm. Cut to your desired length of pull - don't forget to add the butt plate (use the template as a measurement + 4mm).
You'll need a countersunk m3x12 and m3x16 screw and 2 m3 nuts to attach the butt plate.
Also 2 m3x25 screws and m3 nuts to secure the carbon tube.
The drill template has a small 2mm pilot hole and an m3 hole. All final holes must be m3. Sand/file the holes smooth to get rid of burrs (water, gloves, mask!). MAKE sure to line up the front and rear holes so your butt plate is vertical when you're done!
I have OBJ files for the parts I designed in cad, the rest I did in 3d builder (!!) so I actually don't have source files for those.
I am not happy with the square nut holes in the front sight plate. Printing them with bridges is not pretty - but it worked out in the end. Maybe someone can make it better.
