This is a 6 stack of a modified NIH ear saver. A slight bevel cut has been added in the center so that a paint scraper can be pushed in to help make separation easier and the design has been flattened, the thickness of the tabs is the same as the thickness of the main bar, so that they can be stacked. The use of gloves is recommended when separating the stack.
Versions:
-Single modified ear saver for stacking
-Stack for mk3s, 0.3mm layer height
A stack takes about 3 hours. 4 stacks fills a build plate and takes about 12 hours.
I print with very slow print speeds (30mm/s for all print moves) and 10% infill using PLA. No supports. Sliced using PrusaSlic3r 2.0.0 (an older version) with no issues. Newer versions may have some problems.
-I print with PLA.
-Layer height 0.3
-Make sure the version that you use matches the layer height you slice with so that there are the appropriate gaps to allow it to break apart.
