This is a replacement for the urethane jaws that came with the Rockwell Jawhorse. Replacement jaws were extraordinarily expensive when they could be found. It was almost cheaper to buy a new Jawhorse.
This model is based on the following:

The model was regenerated in Fusion360 and the CAD file is provided. The model has been modified to be closer to the original vise jaws that came with the Jawhorse - there are nubs on the back of the pad which fit into the holes on the Jawhorse vise.
The model can be printed without supports face-down. There are thin layers inside the holes which must be cut or punched out. A material with some flexibility should be used to print the model - PLA and PETG are too hard. I used NinjaFlex TPU with infill and the pads are very soft.
