So i had too much TPU on hand, and an active imagination one night and decided that my floor beneath the e-scooters and other PEV's needed some protection this coming winter, having relied only on single lengths of cut up cardboard before to take the hit, this was a great area of possible improvement.
Printed using 0.8 nozzle at 0.5 layer height to save time, about 2h per tile on my Voron V2.4.
I have only tried using TPU for this, but i see no reason it wouldn't work in any material as long as the printer is tuned (0.1 mm tolerances was used to make sure TPU made tight seals).
Ask away, mix away, print away!
