Hi I'm currently looking for a inductive proximity sensor to buy, but I don't want to use Aliexpress. Do you know which one would work with the kp3s that can be purchased on Amazon? I'm confused if I have to get one that is NPN NO or NPN NC. Thank you.

You can uses the tow versiones, you only need change your configuration, the difference is, NO when detect put a +5v in the output, NC you have signal continuously in the output (+5v), when detect cut the signal (0v). I recommend you use a 5v inductive sensor.
nice ... this would be a good upgrade to the floppy 3dtouch .. how is this wired up?
