Nuts of this size are difficult to print with FDM. These are threadless nuts. There's a only a "six-pointed star" in the middle.
The layer height is used as a “pre-thread” and the final thread is created by screwing them in.
I suggest you start printing the “Test Plate” with nuts from 95% to 105% (the external size remains the normal one). Then choose the ones adapted to your print settings, the tolerance you need and the plastic you are using : 95% (no dot) - 100% (1 dot) - 105% (2 dots).
Once that's done, print the desired nuts using the individual files with no dots on it.
I have not tested the mechanical resistance of these nuts. You should not use them to repair things like your bike or your washing machine.
