Deck Sound control and Shortcuts

Deck to control PC sounds and windows/keyboard shortcuts.

Also added keyboard/consumer shortcuts: https://github.com/NicoHood/HID

Components are:

Potenciometer sliders 45mm 10Kohms.

Momentary push buttons.

All connected via USB on a Arduino Pro Micro.
