Dial Indicator for Ender 3 V2

This remix takes the mount the fits the Ender3 V2 hotend shroud and modifies it to fit a Mitutoyo 2046 dial indicator. The mount is a direct replacement for the rear cover of the dial.
This is a significant remix and not a slight alteration.

It should fit other dials that have 4 holes in the same offset on a diameter of 46mm (46mm PCD)
