Prusa MK3S / MK3S+ Z-Axis Rattle and Noise Fix

I have Z-Axis rattle noise since I have my MK3S+ and searched multiple fixes. 
Including here I found some.
But nothing seemed to fix the issue that I have.
However thanks to sabaatworld I actually found out why I have this noise.

It didn't really fix my problem, but from that I learned why I have the noise.
I created 2 very simple caps, these go on top of the Z-Axis rods and fit exactly onto the rod and into the holder, so the Axis can freely rotate without any issue, but it has very little play.
I put a tini bit of grease between the holder and the cap.
