This will be a part of my future project - hand-cranked soap bubble machine. Just print it as a whole (print in place) - do not print elements separately - it cannot be assembled after print.
I haven't calculated it - but it is something like 1:6
If you are not sure about tolerances - print couple first layers and check if parts are fused or not. If they are you can compensate it in slicer. You can use random seam position - it looks not as clean, but seam in one place can cause uneven work.
