If your outside Celica door handle suddenly stops working, there's a good chance that the door latch rod clip broke.
I printed this for my 1992 Toyota Celica exterior door handle. I used PETG; ABS would probably be better if you have it.
From searching online these seem to be compatible with many other Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
Printing tip: To avoid breaks along the layer lines, stand it up and use supports, as in the image below.

Edit: Two years later it is still going strong in PETG in a high heat area! My other door handle failed and I discovered there is a left and right variant and have added the other version and labeled them accodingly.
