Unlike available hands free openers, this design offers true hands free operating experience.
Remote foot press pulls the door handle with tied rope (cord). Its required to screw press to bottom corner of your doors.

  • Interlocked articulating print in one go
  • Print-ready vertical orientation for press and rope holder
  • M3, M4, M5 versions available for rope holder
  • You can use press with most available hands free (elbow) opening handle designs
    -Choose your best knot tying method (you might even avoid use of my knot holder at all)

Demonstration video

Recommended slicer settings:

-0.3mm (draft mode, for speed and strength)
-4 perimeters walls or 3 (at least)
-Infill 20-25% (not as important since perimeter walls do the job)
-Printed fine without supports (will left barely noticable sloppy layer)
-PLA "works", but not recommended for long term durability (PETG and more advanced filaments prefered)
-VERTICAL orientation necessary for successful result (as shown on picture)

Requires :

  • 2-3x flathead screws (for press)
  • 2x M3/M4/M5 flathead screws (for rope holder)
  • 2x M3/M4/M5 Nuts (for rope holder)
  • Any rope/cord (non-stretchy).

Print instructions
