Filament Cutter with blade [Work in progress ...]

After cutting many filament ends with pliers, I have decided to create my own tool. The idea is to make it very safe due to dangerous blade. I encapsulate it inside making sure my fingers will stay away from it.

This tool can cut filament with diameter of 1.75 mm (45° and 90°) and 2.85mm (90° only).

Dimension : 55 x 25 x 40 mm

Versionning :

• add chamfer to ease blade path on Top part

Print instructions

I printed two parts with PETG, 0,4mm nozze, with border and 20% infill. No support is required.
