I was tired of fumbling around trying to find and connect my Oneplus 7T Pro to charge/AndroidAuto in my 2020 Hyundai i10, so I designed this holder/charger to fit in the cup holder of the car.
Printed in 2 parts - main body is in PLA+ (It's a pretty solid print so no warping in the car so far after about a year of use), second "gasket" part is printed in nijaflex TPU - to create a tight seal between the main body and the car - that way I can remove the phone from the holder+charger without the holder also lifting from the car.
Printer:
Voron 2.4
Rafts:
No
Supports:
No
Resolution:
0.2
Infill:
Doesn't matter
Filament:
Ninjaflex TPU + PLA+ (ABS/PETG recommended)
Notes:
Gasket needs to printed with no infil and no top layers - with enough perimeters to achieve wall thickness in file name (for example gasket_5mm with 0.4mm extrusion width you would need 12 perimters)
I used the 5mm gasket for a snug tight fit.
