STI Superlink RX / Hybrid 98 Cryocooler Jacket (1/4 NPT fittings)

I remixed this to accept 1/4 NPT fittings and increased the hole size for the original power cable (you will have to unpin the wires from the connector and then repin them after putting them through the hole).

Do noteYOU MUST TAP THE HOLES YOURSELF. The holes are sized 7/16 with an additional 0.6% diameter for shrinkage (PETG shrinkage standard).

PETG is a must if you want to use this on your own Hybrid 98 to ensure waterproofing. However, I still added a thin coat of resin epoxy on the inside to guarantee no leaks.

Once you have a good coating, bring the 2 clamshells together and secure them with marine grade epoxy or silicone. In my case, I am using marine epoxy to mate the 3d printed surfaces together and silicone to attach the jacket to the Hybrid 98 top/bottom.
