BLTouch Modified Support for Wanhao i3 and Maker Select v2 with Diicooler

Remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2894973, which is sized for the Maker Select Plus/Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus. Screw holes match the 40mm width of the Maker Select v2/Wanhao Duplicator i3 v2. The BLTouch mount clears the hotend cooling fan, and is higher than the original to account for different nozzle height.
